Bozhe Ime Spa & Park in the evening

Two nights in Baldevo: spa and Rhodope villages

For a weekend with two nights, choose Baldevo as your base, keep the first evening for relaxing and set aside the next day for Leshten and Kovachevitsa. Bozhe Ime Spa & Park is an option for the stay. The programme is a suggestion for independent travel, not a package with excursions included.

Day 1: arrival and the spa

Check the route to the specific property, especially if you have booked the villa. Do not add a sight at all costs on the day you travel. Settle in and leave the afternoon for the spa area — the three saunas, the steam rooms and the pools need time.

Day 2: Leshten and Kovachevitsa

Choose which village you want to explore in more detail. Leave time for walking and resting, not only for the drive. In rain, shorten the tour to one destination. Nature trails outside the villages are a separate plan and not part of this light option.

Day 3: an unhurried departure

Follow the check-out terms. If you want one more stop, check the opening times of Nicopolis ad Nestum and whether it fits your route. For a long journey home, leave spare time instead of adding a new detour.

What to book

First confirm the nights and the type of room, then the dinners you need and any extra services. If you want more spa time, choose only one outing — the plan can be adapted.

  • The relaxation area in the spa centre
  • The village of Leshten
  • The stone houses of Kovachevitsa
  • Dinner in the complex's restaurant

Frequently asked questions

Where can we stay for a three-day tour of Leshten, Kovachevitsa and Ognyanovo?

There is no need to change hotels every night. From Baldevo it is 4 km to Ognyanovo, 12 km to Leshten and 20 km to Kovachevitsa, so each destination becomes a separate day with a return to the complex.

What can we visit in two days around Ognyanovo?

For two days, choose Leshten and Kovachevitsa — the old Rhodope villages with cobbled streets and views of the Mesta valley. Leave the second afternoon for the spa area and dinner at the complex, instead of adding a third destination.

Can the same route work for one night?

Yes, but cut the visits down to one village, so that almost the whole stay is not spent on the road.

What do we do if it rains?

Cut down the outdoor walks and leave more time for the spa area and the complex's indoor spaces.
